Slated for East Austin, this mixed-use micro-multifamily project leans into density with 198 units, parking and commercial space across two, four-story buildings. Organized around several courtyards, each with it’s own identity and set of amenities, this project will celebrate Connection, Character, Community and City.
Five typical dwelling units were designed including Live Work units ranging in size from 1,105sf to 360sf to accomodate various needs and lifestyles.
