Industry SOMA is an exciting new affordable living community located in the South Menchaca neighborhood of Austin. The development features 23 attached, aesthetically modern townhomes that support Austin’s missing middle in compliance with Austin’s S.M.A.R.T housing standards, serving households at or below 80% MFI (Median Family Income). The development was completed in the Spring of 2025.
