Industry SOMA is an exciting new affordable living community located in the South Menchaca neighborhood of Austin. The development features 23 attached, aesthetically modern townhomes that supports Austin’s missing middle in compliance with Austin’s S.M.A.R.T housing standards, serving households at or below 80% MFI (Median Family Income). The development is expected to break ground summer 2022 with completion expected in the Spring of 2025.
