The location will include 4,130 square feet of space, including a patio bar. Houston-based Hale-Mills Construction Ltd. is a contractor on the project, while owners Capella Capital Partners and architecture firm Mark Odom Studio, both of Austin, will partner up on the build out.
The Westheimer location will be Doc's first in Houston, and the chain's third after two locations in Austin. Doc's serves Tex-Mex and bar food with along with a selection of Texas beers. The restaurant is expected to open this summer.
