We have an opening for a full time Project Designer. The position will involve working on a wide variety of project types including residential, commercial mixed-use / multifamily, and creative office. We are particularly interested in candidates who feel that they have outgrown their current position and are looking for a higher level of responsibility and independence.

Qualifications Include:

Professional degree in architecture: 3-5 years of experience in architecture with a strong interest in materiality and interiors.
- Strong Design Skills: Architecturally and Graphically.
- Design and production experience with a familiarity of local and state building codes.
- An understanding of each phase of the process (SD, DD, CD, and CA) as well as how to coordinate drawings accordingly.
- The Individual will be assisting in a variety of tasks & project types such as residential, commercial, competitions, and graphic investigations.

Knowledge of ArchiCad — Adobe Products — Sketch-Up — Graphic/Rendering Skills will be a bonus.
- Good Verbal, Written, and Communication Skills.
- A well rounded individual with a positive attitude and works well with a team.
- Thrives in a collaborative work environment.
- Interested in exploring design holistically looking at architectural exteriors, interiors, and landscape.
